Karl McCallister, Sr. Pastor
In 2002, Karl became the pastor at Faith Church to pursue God’s vision of covenantal discipleship. After more than 30+ years of ministry, Karl continues to be passionate about the Word of God, making disciples and relationships. He is thankful for the influence of Columbia International University – for the training through his Doctor of Ministry he earned and meeting his wife Cyndi. Karl and Cyndi have been married since 1985. Their family has grown up and left the nest and each has begun making their own nest: Micah & Sarah, Jesse & Joanna, and Ian. Karl and Cyndi enjoy their precious granddaughter, Della, grandson Harvey and their newest grandchild Leonora! Although the kids are gone, Cyndi continues to be involved as an educator with Classical Conversations. When not piddling at his workbench in the garage or working in the yard, Karl can be found passionately pursuing the “runner up” to the national bird. Even when it’s not turkey season, he is thinking about that next bird.
Lori Mooney, Ministry Assistant
Lori serves as Faith’s Ministry Assistant supporting the church’s administrative, technical and financial needs while also being the communications hub for Faith. This has her working closely with the staff, Elders, Deacons and the various ministries of Faith. She wishes everyone used Apple products but is helpful regardless of the platform. Lori is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 4-year letterman of their NCAA Equestrian Team. Lori is super passionate about her family and her horse farm! She and her husband, Scott married in 2002. They both are very into fitness and running. Lori enjoys listening to her favorite books and podcasts while running. She has two awesome kids, Noah and Sarah. They enjoy the outdoors and have the same love of horses. This is one family that loves being with each other, helping others and growing together in their walks with Christ!
Brad Zamboni, Facilities Director
Brad serves as Faith’s Facility Manager. With a background in construction this position has been a great fit for Brad and a huge help for facilitating the ministries of Faith Church. Brad is also an officer of the church. He and his wife Lee joined Faith in 1999 and have served in various roles with student ministries of all ages. They regularly can be found behind the scenes making sure that everything is working smoothly. When not at Faith, they may be found enjoying the great outdoors, helping someone in need. They also may be found visiting their son Nick and his wife Hannah and their grandson Enzo in North Carolina.
Ashley Faris, Children's Ministry
Ashley serves the church in a variety of different ministries. She is usually helping/teaching in the children’s ministry area or enhancing the church’s website and social media footprint. Ashley has her own part time business called Handle This which specializes in website design and social media management. Her background in this area has been a huge blessing for Faith. She fully agrees with Lori that everyone should use Apple products as well. Ashley graduated from Columbia College in 2003 and has had a variety of roles in the business world. She married her husband, Rhea in 2007. Rhea is an educator. Margie and Sadie are their two girls – the girls keeps them very busy. Ashley enjoys crafting, reading, and all things Disney. She loves seeing others grow in their love in Christ - especially children.
